- Is there a way of searching for a social club member by number?
Just scroll to the bottom of the Advanced Search dialogue box. Click 'Membership' and see the Membership Number field.
- Why does the membership end date change all the time? Sometimes people sign up to be a member online and the end date could be anything from April 1st 2016 to February 29th 2016. Can we make sure it is always ends on March 1st (of the following year)
- I have noticed a few names that are completely jumbled up. For example: ‘Charlotte Abrahams’ is showing up as ‘Charlte Abrahams’ even though I’ve tried to change it multiple times? Martha Lightfoot as well
- Some people have managed to update their membership multiple times and have even paid twice. Is there a way to make sure that once their membership has been updated they can no longer update/pay again until its run out?
- I have noticed the amount of duplicates in contacts. There are 8 versions of some people. I think it may be something to do with when someone buys a ticket online, it seems to create a new version of them. Is there a way of them logging in if they already have an account?
- When someone signs up as a John Street Social Club member online the contribution and the group tag goes through fine but the actual ‘social club’ tag doesn’t get tagged and the membership doesn’t appear in memberships.
