Admin Help - How to configure an upcoming event view

Get the correct fields selected first. You probably want to hide the titles for the date fields from view.

You probably want to show the event date fields and not show the default create date fields.

Set the Filter criteria so you only show Published events and choose the content type that you are showing

Next, get them in order so set the sort criteria for your field to be ascending.

Save it now and try it out you should see loads of events in date order.

Then for the tricky bit of not showing all events but just upcoming events set the filter criteria so that start date is greater than or equal to 'now'
